An early study of Rip Squeak® and his family, sans clothes. In order to draw clothes on the mice, just like with humans, it is helpful to understand the body structure under the clothes. This was an early study created when Leonard was developing the characters for Rip Squeak.

The original of this drawing was in the exhibition Pirate Tales & Beyond: The Adventures of Rip Squeak & Friends at the Delaware Art Museum. It is now part of the Filgate's permanent collection.
