SCENES OF SAN FRANCISCO

Leonard Filgate was born and raised in San Francisco, California. You could say that the city is in his blood. In 2010, he returned to painting some scenes of San Francisco, a genre in which he had often worked back in the 1980's. The beauty of the city, especially when shrouded in fog, has long lured his artist's eye.
